We have an all sales are final policy.
Exchanges
Our goal is to always try to make things right. This is why we encourage you to try on in-store before you make a purchase to ensure the size and fit is correct. We also understand that sometimes you make a purchase intended as a gift for someone else. Our boutique policy is an in-store credit only, no cash refunded, for all unused, unworn, new, with tags on and in new working condition for all items that need exchanges due to size or duplication. We will make every effort to exchange an item for the correct size given the product is still available in stock in the store. Past, 30 days of purchase we can not except exchanges as our merchandise has a fast turnover.
To be eligible for an in-store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which our boutique can help to locate within our POS system.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
