Welcome to Creative Simplicity

Let me introduce myself. I’m Megan Beyer and I’m so happy you have joined us here.  As the founder of Creative Simplicity, let me share a few details of my store and how I got here. I am a wife and mother of four children. My passions are all things home. I love decorating and finding unique ways to express a grateful heart, a happy home, and hygge (a mood of coziness and comfort). One of my dreams has been to own my own store and offer opportunities that will inspire others. Creative Simplicity will provide a place for members of the community to relax, express and cultivate their personal inspirations through creative therapy classes and workshops.

Throughout my life I have worn many hats. My experiences as a mother, a multitasker, a party planner, a team builder, an event coordinator, and a designer have made me who I am. My energy abounds and so does my love to encourage others.

My years of experience decorating inspired Plum Crazy Designs, my design and event planning business. Throughout the years, I have learned to look outside the box for inspiration. Plum Crazy Designs blends unique vintage finds with today’s on-trend look, creating something unique for you, the homeowner, and your guests.

In my spare time, outside of running two successful businesses, I love to garden, cook, read, and spend time with my family and friends. I have been married over 25 years and my children are grown.  As a family we love to spend time in our backyard oasis and weekends at the lake camping.
