This honey is a special treat we have partnered with an organic sunflower farm to produce a honey that is mild and buttery and smells slightly of cinnamon. It's really nice spread on toast and since it's a mild honey it won't overwhelm delicate tea flavors or change flavors in baking much.
Wisconsin Wildflower is the product of summer in a jar, the bees have been visiting flowers that bloom all summer from basswood to goldenrod and everything in between. This honey is a rich amber colored honey with warm spice notes and a fruity finish. This is one of my favorite honeys to use in drinks and in cooking where you really want the honey flavor to shine since it has a little stronger flavor.
